Domaine du Vieux Collège covers 25 hectares between Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. The estate has been in existence for 7 generations, and Eric Guyard has been running it since 2006, with a passion for the vines and the local terroir. He works with Marsannay rosé, Pinot noir (for red wines), Chardonnay (for whites), and Aligoté. With respect for the environment, he vinifies the grapes when they reach maturity. No chemical or fertilizer treatments are used, to obtain 100% organic wines. Open days are organized twice a year.
