Since 2020, Jean-Roland Rousseaux has been constantly updating his wine shop business. In his boutique, you can discover new nectars from Burgundy and beyond, and learn how to taste them. With a background in music, Jean-Roland is a master at passing on his passion for wines and spirits. That's why he hosts wine-tasting evenings at Coin Divin, Is-sur-Tille's wine bar, 4 times a month. He also works with Stéphane Debord, a former Michelin-starred chef, when the latter is looking for the best food and wine pairings for his table d'hôtes.
