Jacques Volatier is a professional who does everything from A to Z: breeding, laboratory, meat preparation... He has been selling his products under the market for more than 10 years, so you might as well know that he knows his trade! To find out more, you can visit his farm located in Lusigny-sur-Ouche (ask the owner for more information). What's great is that all the products sold on this stand are organic. Indeed, Jacques Volatier raises his animals outdoors. He insists on the quality of their food and their well-being. Among our favourites, brioche sausage, always excellently made, or smoked sausages.
