Trendy restaurant offering the best natural products with exotic notes and a seasonal menu near the Auditorium.

Carte Blanche is a good address to treat yourself just a few steps from the Auditorium. We like this contemporary room and its Starck-inspired armchairs. It is possible to privatize this room for receptions. The chef, as daring as he is talented, offers a cuisine that is as beautiful as it is good. A clever mix between tradition and exoticism. Unique formula at lunchtime, you have the choice in the evening. Jerusalem artichoke ravioli, fillet of sea bass from Brittany, scallops Rossini... And for dessert, the hazelnut caramel tartlet makes us salivate just thinking about it!

Restaurant dans un cadre très original. Carte sobre mais très bons plats. Jamais déçu après y avoir été plusieurs fois. Personnel très pro.
Pour le désert, ne pas louper la Poire-Caramel dans une fine coque chocolatée
leaving the auditorium, it is pleasant to eat a dessert in a modern restaurant and warm, the fresco on the wall is superb. the desserts are original combination of flavours, hot and cold dishes, fruits and chocolate, or caramel, I still have water at the mouth of it
Very contemporary decor in total rupture with Les Deux Fontaines, otherwise it is excellent: for reasonable prices, the menus 14 and 19th until midday Saturday its perfect.
