The world of William Frachot's restaurant is in total harmony with his cuisine, which is on the verge of excellence. As a preamble to the gustatory pleasures, one is charmed by the softness of the delicately colored atmosphere. The "Restaurant Bourguignon 2.0" as he likes to say. If the Emotions and Esprit menus in 5 or 8 courses are constants, the dishes that compose them evolve at the rhythm of the chef's inspirations. The William Frachot experience is unique and memorable.

Restaurant: des amuse-bouche extraordinaires. un poisson nacré et un pas cuit. une sauce de poulet très grasse. un bon dessert. Conclusion: décevant pour 2 macarons.|Un service "lourd". (pour info, c'était notre 3 ème passage)|Petit déjeuner: monotone pour un séjour de 4 jours. (salade de fruits identique)|Hôtel: une superbe chambre. Un service qui manque d'encadrant. Exemples: ménage non réalisé le 1er jour, manque de papier toilette, manque de gel douche, un emballage de "charlotte" vide, 2 peignoirs mais une seule paire de chaussons, une Wifi déplorable. En résumé où est le service PRIVILEGE facturé!

L’accueil dans cet établissement laisse à désirer. Le personnel manque de chaleur et le manager adopte une attitude hautaine. On ressent dès l’entrée que les clients sont jugés en fonction de leur apparence ou de leur statut social. Si vous ne correspondez pas à leurs standards, l’attitude envers vous peut devenir désagréable.

Die Zimmer sind modern und neu in sehr gutem Standard eingerichtet.|Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend, jeder Gang ein Höhepunkt. Das typische Aroma des jeweiligen Gerichts hervorragend betont, besonders zu erwähnen die Ecrevisses - köstlich !

Un hôtel très bien placé en centre ville. Prestations de très bonne qualité. Lits très confortables. Personnel très agréable.

Arriving in the center of Dijon and at the hotel we knew there was no parking.|They proposed Valet Parking and we did not accept as the price was almost double when we did it ourselves in the nearby parking.||Luckely we did as we were leaving we did see a car damaged by the staff, who had request the service. The guests had to confront the reception, as it was not mentioned in any way by the staff when they left.|||The room was nicely decorated, but with full carpet on the floor (not very hygienic) and well equiped bathroom. It was the room Privilège ||It was quite with a good airco. ||It is near the center very good position to visit Old Dijon, but with no parking.||We did not take the breakfast ( 24€pp!) as there were very nice tea rooms nearby.||We did have dinner in their restaurant Willem Frachot but were disappointed.
