Mount Mou (altitude 1,150 m) is ideal for a walk. Take the direction of Tontouta by following the RT1 to reach the col de la Pirogue. At this point, take an asphalt road in the direction of the sanatorium of Païta. Further on, at 2 km, you will reach a bridge. The road is pretty, punctuated with fruit trees, coconut trees, mango trees, banana trees, breadfruit trees, orange trees and lemon trees. Park at the wooden bridge and retrace your steps to the sign indicating the start of the walk. A signpost marks the entire route. Caution: remember to bring water. The path is steep and very exposed to the sun. You cross a beautiful tropical forest.
