Gisakura is a small village nestled between green hills, covered with tea plantations as far as the eye can see. In addition to these sumptuous landscapes, with fifty shades of green, and the Nyungwe National Park not far away, with its primary forest, Gisakura presents some points of interest: the discovery of the village, its inhabitants, their few stores, the small daily market at the end of the afternoon, their banana beer, which one can venture to taste. Some of the saleswomen will be happy to explain the origin of the loincloths and their use. Trying them is an experience and buying them is a contribution to local commerce.
