Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. Gaugry has won several awards for its gourmet, traditional products, such as Époisses AOP, Plaisir au Chablis bio, Crémant and Brochonnais bio. 2025 is synonymous with development: a new Brillat-Savarin IGP production facility is currently under construction!

Opening time and information on FROMAGERIE GAUGRY
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm. Self-guided tours (or guided tours upon reservation) and tasting from 9 to 11:30 am and from 2 to 5:30 pm. English and German diapers. Free visit. Tastings of 5 cheeses from 6€.

Je conseille de prendre plutôt la visite du matin pour voir les machines a l'œuvre
