Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Mr Georges Laurent ce week end qui nous a reçu dans son domaine, qui nous a fait visiter ses vignes entre Brochon et Gevrey Chambertin puis déguster ses vins (un vrai délice!). Nous avons reçu des explications complètes sur le travail de la vigne et de la vinification, un vrai plaisir de discuter et d échanger avec une personne aussi charmante et passionnée. Nous n avons pas vu passer l'après midi, nous reviendrons !
