Mi hanno spedito una bottiglia da 400€ con l'etichetta rovinata (ovviamente senza indicarlo in fase d'acquisto). Si sa che le bottiglie con le etichette rovinate devono costare meno, mentre io questa l'ho pagata a prezzo pieno. Dopodiché quando ho reclamato mi hanno risposto campando scuse irricevibili (tipo che fanno i pacchi al buio e non se n'erano accorti) e mi hanno proposto soluzioni imbarazzanti (tipo cambiare la bottiglia con un altro vino diverso) o un semplice 10% di sconto su un prossimo acquisto. 10% - avete letto bene. Uno sconto che offrono a chiunque. Veramente ridicolo. Ho chiesto un rimborso parziale per l'inconveniente -mi sembrava il minimo- e mi è stato negato. Mi dispiace ma la cura del cliente qui non è di casa.
