Gabrielle Randrianasolo is a young pastry chef who has chosen to set up her laboratory in Bèze. She prepares her pastries in the former monastery school of the town, a place highly frequented by tourists, and a tea room is now open. Gabrielle, with her pastry chef's diploma in her pocket, but above all with a certain maturity regarding customer service and a real passion for good food and pastry, has found a niche for her productions. She prepares cakes according to her inspirations and especially at the request of her customers.
