Old stones, parquet flooring, cosy beds, regional dishes and conviviality await you. The establishment is also a restaurant that reached the final of the TV show La meilleure cuisine régionale, c'est chez moi in 2024. All dishes are lovingly prepared with regional and seasonal produce. Will you succumb to chef Olivier Raux's famous coq au vin, assisted by Yu Haiou "Yanan"?

Auberge Le Renard'eau is an authentic hotel-restaurant in the purest Burgundy tradition. It welcomes you in a rustic, original and atypical setting, on the banks of the Bèze river, close to the wine route and Dijon. The establishment offers several dining areas. Our chef, Olivier Raux, and his team will serve you traditional, tasty family cuisine that combines terroir, freshness and gourmet goodness. The à la carte menu offers a variety of dishes to suit all dietary requirements and intolerances. You'll also find romantic menus and complete, high-quality meals for your children. Refreshments such as hot and cold drinks, aperitifs, wines and cocktails are also available. You'll enjoy dishes made with fresh, local produce, as well as Burgundy specialties. For example, you can have a slice of the chef's parsley ham, followed by a carpaccio of wild boar, all accompanied by a glass of local red, white or rosé wine. Your meats will be cooked over a wood fire in the Grill's fireplace in winter and in the outdoor fireplace in summer. If you opt for duck breast or salmon, it will be smoked in the inn's smokehouse. You can enjoy your meal indoors, in one of the dedicated dining areas, or outdoors, on one of the terraces. The ideal place to stop off before discovering one of France's most beautiful villages!

Tout était parfait ! Une auberge chaleureuse et un accueil exceptionnel. Le menu du nouvel an était d’une qualité exceptionelle. Un lieu où il fait bon se détendre et profiter. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
