Peruvian cuisine takes center stage at this sophisticated, contemporary restaurant. There are different kinds of ceviches, different fish dishes, from duck legs to beer-battered rice. Everything is thought out and executed with subtlety. The menu, served at lunchtime during the week, offers a choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Pescado al azafrán, grilled fish with rocoto sauce, is one of Taypa's signature dishes. Dessert mix: Crocante de Banana or Dulce Brasil, a maracuja cream with cold mango soup. A must-try!

Délicieux!
Le restaurant est situé dans un quartier résidentiel peu animé, mais il vaut le détour: ambiance cosy-chic, et surtout cuisine délicieuse! Etant avec plusieurs amis, on a opté pour un menu composé de plusieurs petits plats à partager et on a adoré surtout toutes les déclinaisons de ceviche.
