TAYPA SABORES DEL PERU

Peruvian restaurant €€€
5/5
1 review

A sophisticated and contemporary restaurant whose gastronomic basis is the typical Peruvian cuisine. Precisely prepared fish, duck leg with rice cooked in beer and of course different kinds of ceviches. The menu served at lunchtime during the week allows you to choose from the menu starter, main course and dessert. The pescado al azafrán, grilled fish with rocoto sauce, is one of the most popular dishes. A mix of desserts, Crocante de Banana or the Dulce Brasil, a maracuja cream with a cold mango soup. To know!

NATURETTO

Brazilian restaurant

Here, the focus is on organic food. A mini-buffet of Brazilian cuisine, healthy and natural, served in a warm wooden décor. A large terrace with plenty of wooden tables surrounds the restaurant, inviting you to sample local specialties, soups and salads, as well as meat and fish dishes for non-vegetarians. There are also around twenty fruit cocktails and just a few desserts (we recommend the maracuja mousse). Best visited for lunch, as it's a bit empty in the evening. Vegan and gluten-free.

MARZUK

Lebanese restaurant

A Lebanese delicatessen offering a variety of snacks and antipasti. Everything is on display in the refrigerated showcase, making it difficult to choose. If you're eating in, choose your table and place your order. Most dishes are bought by weight, and there are three sizes of ramekin to choose from, depending on your hunger; the small one is already very good for a tasting. Don't forget to order bread (for a fee). Esfiha and kebe are sold individually. Ideal for a light, fresh meal, this is a good Oriental restaurant. 4 restaurants in town.

CANTUCCI BISTRO

Mediterranean cuisine restaurant €€

Opened by a young Brazilian, this "osteria" with its fancy decor and clientele fuses Brazilian cuisine with Italian inspiration. Superb cuts of meat, risottos and pasta plates. From pesto and tomato confit risotto to banana gnocchi and traditional pirarucu confitado. Admittedly, prices are a little more expensive than average, but the well-prepared cuisine and decor make it worthwhile. Also on the menu: quiches and soups at reasonable prices. Friendly service and gourmet desserts round off the experience.

CARNE DE SOL 111

Brazilian restaurant

The frame is quite simple and tables close to each other, but prices compensate. The traditional carne of soil and its mounts are prepared by family. Good option for a cheap lunch.

OSCAR

Fusion restaurant and international cuisine €€

Named after the man of Brasilia, Oscar Niemeyer, this restaurant could not help but be dressed in the finery of the place that houses it. Opened in 2009, this Italian-influenced establishment attracts attention not only for its refined contemporary cuisine, but also for its sleek surroundings and its location in the city's oldest (and one of its most chic) hotels, the Brasilia Palace Hotel, designed by Niemeyer. View of the gardens and Lake Paranoa. Perhaps one of the best seafood risottos in the city.
