Opened in 2009, this Italian-influenced establishment attracts attention not only for its refined contemporary cuisine, but also for its sleek surroundings and its location in the city's oldest (and one of its most chic) hotels, the Brasilia Palace Hotel, designed by Niemeyer. View of the gardens and Lake Paranoa. Perhaps one of the best seafood risottos in the city.
