Très convivial ????
Ce plat est mijoté avec des légumes de saison, comme un pot-au-feu. Pommes de terre, oignons, carottes, navets et poireaux étaient moyennement cuits et savoureux.
La viande était tendre et très savoureuse. Comme on peut l'attendre d'un veau.
(ii) Escargot ???? avec pâte feuilletée. Contrairement aux escargots habituels, celui-ci est moderne.
3) Le Cèpe , carpaccio de foie gras et de cèpes. Assiette au foie gras.
Nous avons pris les trois plats à la carte pour le déjeuner.
Le personnel est très sympathique et les plats sont tous délicieux.
