At the Humbrecht estate, we cultivate much more than grapes: we sow the passion, rigor and poetry of our terroirs. This 8-hectare estate, certified organic (AB) since 2013 and Demeter since 2020, shapes its cuvées to the rhythm of the moons and the seasons. On the mythical Grand Cru Goldert, gewurztraminers and muscats take on accents of pure elegance. Special mention for the sulfite-free Elémen'Terre 2022 cuvée. Tastings with commentary, family welcome, and even wine courses on reservation: here, we drink wine... and stories.

Nous sommes plus que ravis par ce cours d'oenologie dispensé par un passionné. Nous n'avons pas vu passé les heures. M. Humbrecht sait rendre son savoir accessible au public.
La dégustation était excellente et généreuse, accompagnée par de délicieux amuse-bouches maison.
À faire pour tout amateur de vin, débutant ou confirmé.
