Marcel Metzler is a true passion for foie gras! Not only does he do everything to promote this beautiful product at his boutique in Gueberschwihr, but he has committed himself for a decade to the great project to create a protected geographical indication for the fatty liver of Alsatian goose… and created for this purpose an Academy of Foie Gras. The products offered at the boutique are of quality, all guaranteed of French origin. You will find here fatty livers of goose or whole duck, in semi- (preserved, (18,50 € for 100 g goose liver), fat livers of duck and semi-baked goose to cloth, great crus of foie and goose fatty liver, nature, smoked, candied figs, Pinot noir and gingerbread, or grapes marinated to vineyard Grand Cru… Also discover the house specialty, the Canoie, developed from the lobes of foie gras and goose, by layers superimposed, to enjoy the goose and duck together! Amateurs of Foie gras, do not hesitate to take a tour in this cave of Ali Ba… fat!
