Season after season, the Château d'Arnay restaurant has become a must in the region. Together, chef Raphaël Petitjean, assisted by his daughter Ludivine and his wife Anouck, offer gourmet cuisine based on local produce. From starters to desserts, everything is concocted using local produce. The menu changes with each season, so that the dishes match the produce available. Go for the soy-roasted squash or the farmhouse poultry with morel mushrooms. Takeaway options: homemade pizzas and burgers.

Nous avons déjeuné au Château que j'ai connue en école que de souvenirs,hélas qui sont loins .???? Cuisine, présentation au top, service un peu long,mais ça passe dans une bonne ambiance.

Pour un menu du jour, une expérience de toute beauté...!!! Notamment un houmous maison très subtil avec pointe de curry et émincé de choux rouge, et une Morteau au saveurs improbables ...avec petits légumes revenus et sauce tomatée.....un délice...!!!
