This family business, which began with Colette and Guy in 1973, has become a must. Pastry chef, chocolatier and ice-cream maker, Alexandre keeps the house's great classics alive while adding a touch of modernity: desserts and chocolate bites, ice-cream, individual cakes... The specialities here are a great credit to the region and more specifically to Dijon, such as the Demoiselles de Bourgogne - chocolate bites in honour of Madame de Sévigné -, snails or Burgundy tiles reminiscent of glazed tiles.

Chocolats délicieux et variés. Je vous recommande également le vacherin glacé que j'ai commandé pour mon anniversaire et qui a fait l'unanimité chez mes invités. Glace à la framboise très parfumée et meringue aérienne. Un dessert de fin de repas parfait.

Achats de Pâques pour une centaine d’euros. Renseignements demandés à une vendeuse : réponse antipathique, limite agressive : «c’est ça ou rien » parfait RIEN !!! Les bons chocolatiers sur Dijon ne manquent pas.
