Atkins & Frères specializes in traditional smoking. Hot smoked fish (Atlantic salmon fondant or roasted steak, maple syrup salmon bites, rainbow trout roast steak, mackerel fillets, cod...), cold smoked fish (sliced Atlantic salmon, albacore tuna, salmoncuitto...), as well as smoked seafood and rillettes. It is possible to taste the products on site before shopping. Atkins & Frères fine products are also available in many points of sale throughout the province.

Assis au coin d'un anse, cette petite entreprise familiale vaut le détour pour la dégustation et l’achat de leurs produits issus de la mer, je recommande vivement un arrêt rapide afin de déguster des terrines et autres produits fumés.
