Tried to book a table at any restaurant in their hotel/ resort via mail. No response after days waiting, was forced to call them, paid extraordinary high roaming charges for the calls and got promised to receive a call back ASAP, no call back received after 1 week waiting. Really bad performance for such a brand…

Love the fact that most of the workers at this resort are locals; it's rare to see this at other high-end establishments.

We did notice some communication issues, as others pointed out. But overall, it was a good experience.

Номера очень красивые и свежие. Два маленьких пляжа с камнями. Еда посредственная. Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Очень маленький ресторан для завтраков, официанты не справляются, минут 10 ждешь меню потом еще 10 пока у тебя примут заказ и еще 30 пока тебе эту еду принесут. Уборка в номерах: мусор оставили, салфетки, которые закончились, не заменили. Грязная посуда перед нашем номером и номером соседей стоит сутки. Для пятизвездочного отеля за 900€ в сутки ну как-то не очень.

Beach was small, but beautiful.

1. Despite booking a room with an ocean view, I was initially placed in a different room. After Amex's intervention, the hotel staff claimed to rearrange and provide an alternative with an ocean view. Also the initially assigned room lacked hot water.

2. During check-in, the staff persistently suggested a 10 am checkout, despite our guaranteed 4 pm checkout arrangement through Amex Travel.

3. There was persistent pressure to opt for the hotel's airport transfer or half-day taxi service, including follow-up calls despite expressing a need for time to decide.

4., and no room upgrade was offered.

5. The cost of food was higher than comparable establishments like Raffles, and the overall quality was subpar.

6. Despite choosing Mango House over the Four Seasons based on positive social media reviews, the experience did not align with expectations.

7. The pool was cold, and the beach, though beautifully located, was small and filled with sharp rocks.

8. Miscommunication from the staff included a rushed airport transfer, with the driver given conflicting information about the pickup time. Not what you would expect when paying 140 euros for a luxury transfer.

9. I was charged for the mini-bar consumption in the first room, which was not used. The staff only decided to waive the charge after questioning, attributing it to a "bumpy stay."

Spent 3 nights in Mango House in late October 2023. After spending few days in Hilton Northlome, we moved down south to Mango. From the beginning, everything was top notch -- we received a great tour of the resort and we were allowed to check-in immediately upon arrival at 10-11am, which was very much appreciated! We stayed in a Bay House Suite with a Plunge Pool and the room was stunning, with 2 huge bathrooms, big living area and 2 huge TVs. The amenities in the bathroom were plentiful and all the bed and bath linens were from Frette, which felt amazing!

During our stay, we had nothing short of phenomenal service from everyone at the resort. The highlight of our trip must be the gastronomical scene this resort offers. The breakfast is served a-la-carte + there are many appetizers and side dishes being brought to the table by the staff. The breakfast meals can be chosen from a big variety of options divided in 2 categories: comforting and healthy, and everything we tried was absolutely amazing, especially the truffle omelette and the french toast! The Italian restaurant was our favorite, but we also had beyond-amazing meals at the Creole and at the Japanese restaurants.

During our visit, there weren't many people at the resort and while it is quite a youthful place, it's ever so serene and calm. Unfortunately, we didn't book a cocktail-making class in time at Kokoye but we will definitely do it next time we are there! The cherry at the top was that they allowed us a complimentary late-check out (6 pm), which definitely proves how above and beyond the staff at Mango House goes in order to assure the guests have a pleasant stay.

Huge thanks to each and every one that made our stay unforgettable and we are already looking forward to going back to Mango House!

No es un hotel de playa paradisíaca pero el entorno y la gastronomía, nos lleva a pasar unos días de tranquilidad en el Resort .

The resort was perfect for our Honeymoon to Mahe. As a young active American couple who appreciates resort amenities, but we also like to explore independently.

The only constructive feedback we have is that we had difficulty finding communication options for the resort prior to arrival. Possibly because they are only featured through the Hilton general website or because we booked through Amex travel, but it was surprising that there was no obvious contact available since during our stay communication was so easy. Please review your contact portals on Hilton, etc!

Attentiveness: We truly loved the welcome treat that Stephan arranged and delivered by Rikki which made us feel welcomed and at home at the resort. Staff was responsive and helpful for everything during our 4 day stay.

Grounds: Very beautiful and intimate with perfect size to walk around and enjoy the beach, pool, sunset and beautiful view of the Baie Lazare. There are only about 40 rooms so it never felt like you were in competition for beach chairs or amenities or service with other guests.

Location: This is probably what we appreciated most. We could have happily stayed and relaxed at the resort day after day, but we decided to rent a car arranged through reception so that we could explore the island and we took short drive to the beautiful anse intendance, and another day we checked out port Launay where the beach was adjacent to Constance Ephelia--water was beautiful and easily accessible with public parking. We had looked at Kempinski and 4 seasons which are also in area, but just a little further off the main road that we felt we would have been isolated and constrained had we stayed at either. Not to mention they appeared bigger/less boutique compounds.

Rooms: We stayed in the Bay Villas which was near the entrance to the grounds and a ground patio walk out to main pool. The space was comfortable and again very convenient to utilize the resort amenities with a short walk or buggy ride (if in heels or managing bags), while we were also around the corner from parking lot to hit the main island road in our car hire.

Food: breakfast options were great! I appreciated the service format were they came around with platter rather than a walk-around self-serve buffet. It felt less wasteful and more fresh; I think more resorts should use this format. They also had al a carte options which were all delicious and perfect portion to try one or two dishes. We ate at a couple of restaurants. The sushi was great, and the creole restaurant also great. Overall, exactly what we could have wanted, and a great value when booked with Amex promotions that provided resort credit, late check-out which was easy to arrange, and very accommodating such that we could stick around at main house before our midnight flight to Dubai.

PS I am glad we booked car through business that resort contracts with. There are several small private bookings at airport, and all are basically the same, and the rates at hotel were the same. Just inquire on check-in; they can not guarantee availability, but if you are flexible with time of delivery and car type they can likely accommodate. BTW as a New York daily driver I was far more comfortable in the Toyota SUV than the Hyundai i10 which I drove on Praslin. It was only 10 euro more/day, but felt safer on the hills, switchbacks and narrow roads, and it was great that concierge could facilitate and communicate during the reservation process.

We stayed nine nights in this beautiful boutique hotel. We would like to thank the entire Mango House team again for the fantastic experience. The service is very personal with an eye for detail. The rooms are well furnished, very spacious and extremely comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very exclusive. Make sure to rent a car to discover the beauty of Mahé island.

Das Mango House auf den Seychellen ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und sind mehr als begeistert. Großes Kompliment an das Housekeeping Team die Zimmer waren immer bis ins kleinste sauber und aufgeräumt. Auch das restliche Personal an der Rezeption oder dem Essbereich waren klasse. Sehr freundlich und immer gut gelaunt . Die Anlage an sich ist ein Traum . Alles ordentlich und sauber und einfach nur wunderschön. Auch der angrenzende Strand ist wunderschön . Einfach nur ein Paradies auf Erden wo wir gerne unsere Flitterwochen verbracht haben

I’m currently enjoying my stay at Mango House, and would highly recommend it specifically if you don’t have a transfer to dine at other hotels. The hotel has 3 restaurants that are really good.I f you want to go to Seychelles and just chill in a resort,highly recommended

Estancia muy decepcionante por una mala gestión del equipo de dirección/front desk. Reservamos una noche el 16 de agosto. Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones aunque todo muy agrupado y playa pequeña. El problema sucedió cuando la noche del 16 de agosto tras llamar 3 veces para reservar un baño nos dicen que al otro día tendremos que dejar el hotel a las 10 (persona muy borde por cierto). OK, pero esperábamos disfrutar de las instalaciones. El 17 de agosto el personal del desayuno bastante borde, nos damos cuenta que todo el hotel está desalojándose y nos presionan para que nos vayamos cuanto antes, cuando habíamos planeado quedarnos en el hotel durante el día. Muy mal praxis del director Giuseppe y su equipo, ya que si me van a “echar” del hotel a las 10am deben avisar semanas antes ya que hubiéramos ido a otro hotel con staff más agradable y profesional. Entendemos perfectamente que por la visita de alguien tan importante como el equipo del presidente de EAU se desaloje el edificio, perfecto y entendible, pero avisen a sus huéspedes y que ellos decidan, no les hagas ir para luego echarles. Mala actitud del staff del desayuno y en front desk. Cuando nos quejamos a Giuseppe mandó a todo el equipo a despedirnos con la mano (tipo White Lotus) y la verdad fue bastante incómodo, ya que no queremos servilismo, simplemente buena actitud y que no te “echen”.
Staff hay de todo, agradables pero en general lentos en el servicio. Genial el chico que nos preparó el baño, lo mejor de la estancia, la experiencia del baño y las habitaciones que están nuevas y agradables.

Das Mango House auf den Seychellen ist das Paradies auf Erden.
Die Anlage ist wunderschön, gepflegt und hat viele ruhige Plätzchen, an denen man einfach nur entspannen kann.
Vom Personal haben sich Rittika und Maria (Housekeeping) und Emilie (Rezeption) hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Habe übrigens noch nie so schön gereinigte/gemachte Zimmer gesehen. Sehr, sehr gute Arbeit vom Housekeeping.

My husband and I honeymooned at Mango House. We debated staying at the Four Seasons but ultimately decided on Mango house. After visiting FS Seychelles twice, we are glad we chose Mango House instead -- our experience was incredible! We stayed at the Ocean House Villa (room 18.) Our villa had a private pool and we were provided with a personal butler -- Jemmy, who was wonderful! He greeted us at breakfast every morning and he arranged all of our reservations and activities. The resort itself is extremely private with stunning oceanfront views. There are 3 restaurants on property, all of which were equally luxurious and delicious. If you want a relaxing, intimate and luxury stay, I absolutely recommend staying at Mango House!

Paradise on earth!!

Arrived after a delayed flight to probably one of the worst check in experiences ever. No complimentary drink or fresh towel and then had to carry our own luggage to the room and up 2 flights of stairs.
Rooms are comfortable yet nothing WOW about them, especially at this price. The pool was nice to sit by and the staff were relatively helpful.
Breakfast was good, although slow and no buffet.
We ate at all three restaurants in the hotel the Japanese was excellent - on par with some of the Japanese restaurants we eat at in Dubai. The Creole was good for fish and local dishes and the service here was excellent. We enjoyed the bar on the roof for a sun downer or post dinner cocktail and the amercian girl serving was very pleasant and makes excellent drinks! On the whole a good 4 star hotel but we felt was expensive for the quality vs. what we paid at Raffles on Praslin for example!

Spent 5 night of our honeymoon here, the place is great. Service, location, food - everything were wonderful. It's pricey, but it's worth it.

Great boutique hotel for couples. The service was exceptional and the infinity pool is great, and however, the kitchen and mash service was slow at times but always accommodated our requests!

Best service ever. Loved the villa, loved the staff, loved the whole ambience of the hotel.

The staff were really lovely here and we had a great stay. The food and, especially breakfast service was excellent. The manager, and Allison were v sweet. Thanks again ????
