The nine spacious air-conditioned rooms have a nice terrace overlooking the small garden of the hostel, which is home to a (small) swimming pool. The establishment of Mickaël Lavigne, who took over the address of the late and famous Jean-Claude Plumas (known as Plume), offers a friendly, family and intimate atmosphere, where children can even enjoy a small playground. Live travellers, mainly French-speaking, make up a large part of the clientele. In short, a great place to put your things down and set off to discover the island.

Owner's Message

Charming little guesthouse and restaurant, Auberge Chez Plume is located on the west coast of the main island of Mahé, in the fishing village of Anse Boileau, facing the beautiful clean waters of the Indian Ocean.

The Auberge has seven double rooms with bathroom and terrace, and two family rooms that can accommodate families of 5 people.

The restaurant Chez Plume is our emblematic jewel and has existed since the early 90s. It can accommodate up to ninety people in the main restaurant or in the tropical garden.

Nous y sommes allés uniquement au restaurant. Poulpe immangeable ( caoutchouc. Vin très médiocre Prix excessifs. Vraiment rien d’extraordinaire à tous niveaux

Dans le cadre d'une journée organisée par MASON'S Travel (Circuit de découverte de l'ile de Mahé), le repas de midi était inclus sauf les boissons. Dès notre arrivée au restaurant, on nous propose si nous souhaitons des boissons, sans nous présenter la carte. Nous avons demandé une bouteille d'eau gazeuse. Au moment de payer nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'apprendre que la bouteille coutait 140 SCR soit approximativement 9 à 10€ (1L). Sachant que dans les supermarchés locaux elle est vendue moins de 15 SCR et que dans un hôtel 3* sur La Digue, elle était facturée 56 SCR ... bref, c'est du vol !

Eine kleine feine Unterkunft am Strand Anse Boileau die sehr sauber gehalten gehalten wird. Der Zimmerservice ist freundlich und achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Täglich neue Handtücher und Strandhandtücher.
Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und eher persönlich gehalten. beivielen Gästen im Haus wurde Büfett aufgedeckt. An Tagen mit wenig Gästen wurden wir mit Croissants verwöhnt, Pancake oder Hausgemachter Sandkochen. Eier in jeglicher wunschform konnten wir bestellen. Obst, und Fruchtsäfte waren immer dabei.

Ein Mietauto ist sinnvoll damit die schöne und abwechslungsreiche Insel erkundet werdenden. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge.

Für 3 Personen sind die Zommer etwas eng. Das hat uns nicht gestört,weil wir uns mehr am Pool,auf der Terasse aufgehalten haben, wenn wir nicht auf Erkundungstouren waren.

Preis Leistung passt. Ich würde gerne wieder hierher kommen.

We really enjoyed the food.
We came for a late lunch/ early dinner.
We ordered mostly creole seafood.
I had a Marlin Salad and a Ginger Crab- and it was very delicious.
Price is ok, it is normal price for Seychelles.
I would definitely go here again.
