In a similar style to Lake Chivero, Lake Manyame is a reserve centered around a dam lake. However, it is less developed and frequented. It is located 76 km west of Harare and occupies a total area of 11,200 ha. The terrestrial part of the reserve is home to species such as kudu, black hippo, cob, duiker, ewe, bushpig, warthog, baboon, vervet, porcupine... The park is home to a particular variety of trees that give it a unique atmosphere. The activities are numerous, one comes there mainly to fish, to sail and to make safaris on foot.
