More than just a fishmonger's, Chez Vincent is a fishmonger's tasting room. Under the refurbished halls with its friendly patio, in addition to fish, shellfish and crustaceans, you can taste oysters with a glass of wine. With or without crepinette grilled on the plancha ! Oysters from Arcachon, Marennes-Oleron, Hossegor or Normandy, plates of whelks, winkles or shrimps... Without forgetting the succulent fried food. Do not hesitate to order your seafood platters. The benches being of first freshness, everything is likely to give you envy.

Les Halles d'Hossegor is an inviting, lively and bustling local shopping area. On the menu: greengrocers, fishmongers, butchers, patisseries, creameries, as well as Italian and Oriental specialties, a cannery, oysters and other local products. In all, there are 17 retailers offering a wide range of quality products! Locals and tourists alike love to drop in and enjoy a glass of wine with some seafood or tapas. Great atmosphere!

Hossegor's traditional market is held in the town center near Les Halles: Wednesdays and Fridays from mid-June to the end of September, and Sundays (until November). The easiest way to find out is to ask at the Tourist Office, or at the reception of your hotel or campsite. They can also tell you about special markets such as Easter, Ascension and Whitsun. Since 2022, the evening craft market has been held on Sundays in July and August. The farmers' market is held in Soorts on Saturday mornings.
