The decoration of this tea and pastry shop is astonishing, with 650 stalactites carved from fir wood hanging from the ceiling. You can sit down for breakfast and afternoon tea, or enjoy a meal at lunchtime. The viennoiseries, chocolates, entremets and other sublime pastries are to die for! The online boutique also has some great surprises in store all year round. Merci à l'équipe d'avoir respecté ma demande avec l'ajout d'une "barre" sous le "1" .
Le gâteau était très bon et à plu à tout le monde, vraiment. Les fruits étaient délicieux ainsi que la crème pâtissière et la pate à choux. J'ai un petit bémol sur la crème qui se trouvait sur le gâteau ... elle était légèrement trop sucrée par rapport au reste.
Aussi, la plaque avec l'écriture n'était pas lisible et je trouve ça dommage ... surtout quand on sait qu'on paie cela en plus. Par le passé j'avais eu une version à fond blanc et écriture noire ... là en "gravant" le chocolat, on ne voyait rien !
Je le retiens pour de prochaines fois.
J'en garde quand même un bon souvenir et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir passer commande. C'était très bon et ça a été validé par ma famille d'artisans boulanger/pâtissiers :D
