The website of the producers' association(Udruga stonski školjari) lists the various offers and their contact details. The best time to enjoy oysters is undoubtedly in March, on the feast of St. Joseph (March 19). This is THE season for Ston's oysters, and it's also when the Oyster Festival is held.
