Oxtongue Lake borders Algonquin Park. Campgrounds are available along the lake and the sandy beaches invite you to swim and relax. The fishing is good, with a variety of fish species: yellow perch, bass and three species of trout. The waters of Oxtongue Lake are about 27 metres deep.
