Close to the city centre and very close to the port, in the heart of one of Diego's most architecturally interesting districts, the former hotel of La Poste has 32 rooms overlooking the sea and 32 rooms overlooking the garden, 80 rooms and suites, spacious, functional and of good comfort (private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, wi-fi). Most of them offer a view of the sea or the port. Attractive prices for groups. A wide range of excursions organised from the hotel.

Nice site on the road to Ramena. The bungalows, pleasant and intimate, have a small private terrace. The beautiful saltwater pool, with its panoramic view of the sugar loaf of Diego Bay, flanked by its small waterfall, is a considerable asset. Small bar area (try the delicious basil mojito), cosy and relaxing Spa, handicraft store, plus the restaurant La Fleur de Sel offering quality cuisine. Beautiful guest house overlooking the sea (small beach below) with breathtaking views over the bay. Juvet offers classical excursions in the bay, as well as fishing trips (he is fisherman) and fisherman. Cool atmosphere, and the rooms are very good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A beautiful establishment located on the main street. The whole place is elegant and very well kept. Spacious rooms and suites with all the comfort of a four-star hotel. Small preference for those on the pool side, quieter. We love having breakfast on the terrace on the street side, from where we can see all the activity of the city. The swimming pool surrounded by palm trees has several pools with bar and restaurant service. Possibility of organizing excursions with Evasion Sans Frontière which has an office there. A local institution that we recommend!

Excellent address: the 27 rooms are well decorated. The team is involved in the local cultural life and regularly organizes concerts, exhibitions, workshops for children and/or educational and leisure film screenings in collaboration with the Alliance française and the Kilonga humanitarian and cultural association. Themed excursions are also offered on an à la carte basis. However, the highlight is the top floor, with its bar, lounge restaurant and unique terrace offering a 360 degree panorama of Diego. Rooms are clean, with private sanitary facilities (solar hot water) and safes. They are well kept and functional. Pleasant little courtyard (with lounge) at the rear for breakfast (and surfing the web). No restaurant (pizzas can be delivered), but a snack area. A good little address at a reasonable price. At the time of our visit, Alain, the manager, had undertaken some refurbishments and new fittings. This charming colonial villa has been given a new lease of life.

We love La Belle Aventure. This small hotel, located in a quiet street, has recently benefited from a global refreshment, it can leave again more beautiful! Special mention to Jobila, receptionist and painter at his time, whose murals decorate the rooms and corridors. It is colourful, welcoming, clean, functional and well thought out. The rooms with terrace offer very nice views of the sea. Restaurant on the street. A very good price-quality ratio. The whole thing leaves a good memory, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

It is easy and easy to flow in the veines of Yann and Ronan. Two appealing brothers accompanied by their Malagasy wives, true blue cords (try the chicken!). A modern and central hotel, in a quiet street just a stone's throw from Colbert Street, equipped with 34 rooms (including 3 luxury suites) with very good comfort: rosewood furniture, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, private health (hot water). A minimalist plant, but it avoids bad surprises. The reception is smiling and efficient. We offer 4 x 4 excursions and transfers from/to Lemmer. For the price displayed, honestly, there is not much to criticize!

Following the death of the senator in 2011, the avenue was renamed Princess Fatima Achimo. Right in front of the market, in a popular area, a good set for the price (especially rooms overlooking the street, certainly noisy early in the morning). A family case (from Diego) opened since 1990, a simple address, a little sexy, but for that price it is difficult to complain. During our passage the window was in work, to improve customer comfort, Éric the owner installed double glazing and a bed bed in the rooms. The hotel has a generator to anticipate the cuts and a water surpresseur for the shower. Breakfast takes place in the dining room at the first level, which is open in the afternoon and evening to the public, the chef Malagasy offers chino-European cuisine. Small budget hotel located only minutes walk from Colbert Street. The rooms are simple and clean. Beautiful sea view from the terrace and restaurant area, a luxury for relaxation.
