Hotel located 10 minutes' walk from Rue Colbert, on the waterfront, with rooms ranging from standard to Premium.
Located at 10 min walk from the Colbert street, it is one of the rare hotels on the waterfront with a bay view. The rooms are pleasant and tastefully decorated. If the Premium rooms overlook the sea and have a small living room, the standard rooms are smaller and have a garden view. The location is the charm of this address, as well as the quality of service under the leadership of the French director Ghislaine. The swimming pool is another asset, as is the very good restaurant Le Melville, whose superb terrace overlooks the sea. The structure remains on a human scale. A sure value.

Chambres grandes, propres, clim / ventilateur. Hôtel à taille humaine.
Personnel agréable.
Pour le petit déjeuner , prévoir large, le service est TRÈS lent.
Points négatifs : réseau WIFI mauvais / TV non fonctionnelle.

Wir sind als 9köpfige Reisegruppe im Hotel nachts bestohlen worden. Obwohl das Hotel Sicherheitsleute eingestellt hat, ist es einem (oder zwei...) gelungen, über den Balkon im 1. Stock zu klettern und unsere komplette Reisekassen zu stehlen ......
Während wir uns mit der Polizei beschäftigt haben, hat die Hotelleitung uns gegenüber den ganzen Vorgang ignoriert. Keine Ansprache! Kein Bedauern! Kein Angebot der Hilfe!
Ganz im Gegenteil .... als am letzten Tag ein nicht abgerechneter Orangensaft fehlte, ist die Hotelleitung noch unserem Taxi, das uns zum Flughafen bringen sollte, nachgelaufen.

Expérience uniquement au restaurant le Melville. Cuisine de qualité, service excellent, site exceptionnel... Très bon moment passé dans cet établissement.

Pendant que nous nous occupions de la police, la direction de l'hôtel a ignoré toute l'affaire à notre égard. Aucune prise de parole ! Pas de regrets ! Aucune offre d'aide !
Bien au contraire .... Le dernier jour, il manque un jus d'orange dans le décompte. La direction de l'hôtel a pourchassé notre taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport. La direction de l'hôtel ne s'intéressait qu'à ces 2000 ariary.
