Appart-hotel with three studios and five apartments, plus a new T2 apartment and a T3 PMR apartment after extensive work in winter
Retaining the name of the hotel when it was first opened in 1966 (the nickname of the owner's grandmother at the time), the Maminotte residence was finally transformed into an aparthotel with 3 studios and 5 apartments in 2010. The new owners, since 2022, have taken up the torch with the same spirit: to offer their customers impeccable service by remaining available day and night. Extensive renovation work will be carried out over the winter period, until 2026, notably to enlarge the establishment with an additional T2 and a T3 PMR apartment.

L’hébergement est de qualité (neuf , grand , très propre ) , l’emplacement est idéal (près des plages et des sites à visiter mais au calme ).
L’accueil et l’accompagnement durant le séjour sont chaleureux et au top grâce à Marie-Jane.
