The homemade brasserie cuisine is free of fuss, there is something for every taste and every desire, whether it is tapas or dishes. Oysters from the Basin are essential, good farm chickens are roasted on site, plancha squid, a crispy chicken caesar salad and excellent meat with a tomahawk rib of beef, in Black Angus, etc. For dessert: chocolate fondant, crème brûlée, gourmet coffee and ice cream... Apparament ça n'a pas l'air de les déranger, une semaine est passée depuis mon 1er Post et toujours pas de réaction...
