Farm tourism is an important source of activity in the region: from eggs to fruit to raising emus, it is now Chilliwack's gold. Between July and September, you can get lost in a giant maze in the middle of cornfields, called Corn Maze. For watersports, head to Cultus Lake, and finish the day at the airport to enjoy Barbara Mitchell's homemade pies at the discreet Airport Coffee Shop (at the end of the small airport terminal). Even the pilots admit: "We fly for pie"! A little further on, 16 km to the east (exit 135), allow yourself a dream getaway in front of Bridal Veil Falls (122 m), at the foot of Mount Cheam.
