To get to this island, located off the west coast of San Cristobal and inhabited by a large colony of sea lions(lobos de mar in Spanish) and many blue-footed boobies that come here to raise their chicks, you will need to hire the services of a local agency. It takes about 1 hour by boat. Various paths criss-cross the island for the greatest happiness of hikers. Back to the beach, the swimming and the aquatic stroll are fabulous. The channel between San Cristobal and Isla Lobos is sheltered and the water is crystal clear. To point out beautiful landscapes and an exceptional light at the end of the day. Don't forget your camera.
