The story begins in 1992, when Stephan Dumon establishes a small production of artisanal truffles for the bakeries and pastry shops of Torhout (near Bruges). From request to request, he ends up opening one shop, then two, then three... The last address is designed in the style of an Italian espresso bar. He offers a chocolate tasting accompanied by a cup of coffee, while observing the activity of the chocolate workshop behind large windows! Here, mainly tempting pralines are produced.

I do not know if you enjoyed the " pralines" EC chocolatier and (even if they are not expensive, 23€/kg) they poor, comparable so that you can find in a supermarket, is very sweet, nondescript perfume, uninteresting real if is not eat Belgian chocolate!
During your stay in Bruges do not forget to take a detour via the Dumon shop, chocolates are excellent and 8th moreover compared to a chocolate brand

Business ils business.
