ABOUT B&B CONTRAST
The neo-gothic mansion dates back to 1932 and has been renovated with authentic building elements such as stained glass windows and original art deco doors. The building is built on the grounds of the former Dominican convent. The remains of the convent walls are still visible in the inner garden
A former ironworks at the back of the house has been transformed into three unique contemporary guest rooms, connected to the front of the house by a geometric passage.
The interior garden has also been redesigned, and forms a peaceful oasis with a succession of green spaces and private terraces.
OUR GUEST ROOMS
B&B Contrast is located in a tastefully renovated mansion, a few steps from the historical center of Bruges. The rooms in the front of the house have a view on the Coupure canal, and the rooms in the modern annex have a view on the inner garden. Our guest room on the highest floor has a view on the canal, the city center and the towers of Bruges.
Each room has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towels. All rooms are spacious, well insulated, spotlessly clean, and have comfortable beds, drapes, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The street-front guest rooms have air conditioning, while the rooms at the back of the first floor have a ceiling fan and a private terrace in the garden.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
As a guest, you can enjoy a fresh and varied breakfast buffet, served in our comfortable dining room overlooking the garden. In warm and sunny weather, breakfast can also be served on the garden terrace. Every morning we offer you a breakfast with fresh bread and pastries, different types of fillings, eggs, fruit juices, chocolate milk, coffee or tea.
Registration time is by appointment only (until 9:30 pm at the latest). Check-out time is up to 10:30 a.m.
A guest room can be booked for 1 or 2 persons and a maximum of 3 persons. Most of our rooms are for two persons. For families with children, we can arrange two adjacent rooms.
The B&B is not easily accessible for wheelchair users. Smoking is only allowed outside.

The property combines all the beauty of yesteryear with modern comfort. In addition, everything was very neat. The reception was great, very warm. The location is also perfect in the heart of Bruges, with parking nearby. The breakfast was very tasty and extensive with a special mention for the homemade granola and jam. Overall 10/10. We'll be back for sure.
Situé à proximité de la grande place de Bruges, ce B&B est un pur régal.
Tout d'abord par ses hôtes, adorables, gentils et qui se mettent en 4 pour vous proposer le meilleur. Merci à eux.
Ensuite leur demeure est magnifique, mêlant le charme de l'ancien avec une belle touche de modernité.
La chambre que j ai occupée donnait sur le canal, calme, propre, assez spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est tout simplement complet, avec en plus une cuisson minute des oeufs.
Une chose est sûre si je reviens à Bruges, c'est ici que je reviendrais.
