Classical and creative cuisine based on fresh products in a restaurant in Bruges near St. Saviour's Cathedral.

Located in the heart of the old town of Bruges under the steeple of the Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, this restaurant occupies a privileged location, just steps from the famous canals and museums of the city. The Kardinaalshof offers classic cuisine with a few creative touches based on fresh products. The atmosphere is both charming and friendly thanks to the décor and staff, especially Francky Dhondt who ensures the smooth running of your meal.

Surprising culinary discovery. Inventive cuisine, very sought-after combination of tastes. Perfect and very pleasant welcome. Highly recommended. Do not forget to visit the beautiful city of Bruges.
A tiny room (twenty seats), a set menu with 4 or 6 courses in the evening... But a meal really delicious, extremely fine, level 2 or 3 star restaurant guide. With the possibility to have a choice of wines (one per dish), very well well-chosen (we took the menu with 4 courses).
The icing on the cake: a very friendly and attentive service (an adorable and doubted waiter a sense of humour, remarkable class without stuffiness).
Everything for a reasonable bill (€75 per person for 4 dishes, wine included: in this quality, you would have had for 2 times more expensive in Paris).
Only for this restaurant, travel to Bruges was worth the detour.
