On the Vismarkt (fish market) side, you'll find the fishmonger's with seafood direct from the Zeebrugge fish auction. On the Huidenvettersplein (tanners' square), the restaurant terrace, where you can sample fish, mussels, crab claws and other North Sea delicacies. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers classic dishes, seafood portions, salads and the fish of the day at a modest price, impeccably cooked and beautifully dressed on a bed of baby vegetables. In the evening, the restaurant turns gourmet with refined preparations.

Ce restaurant qui fait aussi traiteur est situé juste à côté du marché de poissons et propose des produits de la mer de qualité : homard, huitres, saumon et flétan fumés, etc... Accueil très sympathique à noter car ce n'est pas courant chez les commerçants à Bruges... Prix élevés mais produits luxueux.
