Located a few meters from a beach, this hotel is housed in a three-story building. The rooms and bathrooms are small but offer the usual and simplistic comfort. The apartments, which average 30 square meters, all have a kitchenette and a balcony. Although some of the rooms could use a refreshment, it is ideally located (close to the city center and the bus station). It has a very friendly staff. Good breakfast, correct. The hotel has Wifi and free parking.

Zunächst einmal muss erwähnt werden, dass die Mitarbeiter alle wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Das ändert aber leider nichts an der Tatsache, dass einige Kritikpunkte genannt werden müssen. Wir haben das beste Zimmer im Hotel erhalten und hatten im obersten Stockwerk ein Zimmer mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf den See weil vermutlich sonst keiner da war. Leider war die Internetverbindung nicht so gut, die Minibar war aufgetaut (innen nass) und das Bad ist wirklich renovierungsbedürftig (Klobrille gelb, Toilettenpapierhalter defekt, Dusche mit tiefen Kratzern) gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist nur 15 Minuten von Kotor entfernt, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, es gab aber keinen Aufzug und kein Frühstücksbuffet (wurde bei der Buchung als vorhanden angezeigt). Ich vermute, dass einfach kein Buffet vorbereitet wurde, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Wir erhielten pro Person ein Rührei und eine Tomate, das finde ich persönlich schade, da wir über Expedia sogar einen Aufpreis für ein "Großes Frühstück" bezahlt haben. Nur zum Übernachten ist es in Ordnung, aber länger wie 2 Nächte würde ich da nicht bleiben wollen.

Ubicación excelente, sin embargo todo lo demás fatal. Te duchas con hilo de agua, la mampara de la ducha rotas las lamas o inexistentes, por lo que no puedes cerrar y se empapa todo. Baño en miniatura!! Lavabos atascados. Camas antiguas eso si muy dura!! Así que no me importó la colchoneta que teníamos por colchón. Armario que se cae a cachos. No deshicimos la maleta!! Cocinera cutre a más no poder. Nosotros no pensábamos usarla así que no nos importó. El desayuno escaso, mala pinta todo!! Café imposible de tomar………podría seguir con mil detalles.
Eso si, la fachada está arreglada, bueno decente, y parece otra cosa!!!
La cocina que está de paso a las habitaciones está permanentemente sucia!! Un ASCO.
Nos quedamos porque estábamos de paso y a penas estuvimos en el hotel!!!
