At Aanaar, the good surprises are in the plate, but not only! We start with the setting. Enjoy a superb panoramic view of the Juutua River. Then, in the kitchen, the team and chef take care to maximize the use of local and organic produce. Discover local plants, the specialities of Saami cuisine, fresh fish from Lake Inari, reindeer meat and much more! It's beautiful and tasty! They choose the most environmentally-friendly products possible and are constantly striving to improve their waste management. We'll go there with our eyes closed!
