Administrative capital of the island, Isabel Segunda (or Isabel II) can be considered as the only city of Vieques with its 5,000 inhabitants, that is to say half of the island's population. It has everything that cannot be found elsewhere: post office, port, airport, banks... It is here that ferries disembark from Ceiba.
