The magnificent chef of the Signal Café of Bernex moved to Chancy. The spirit of his card remains essentially the same. It is based on market products. We can see that he learned the art of cooking with the great ones such as Girardet and Chevrier. He tries to prepare everything himself and that is the way it is. He takes the time to do things and his French "cuisine-soil" has enriched new techniques, because Michel Zufferey is curious and loves learning, for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds.
