LE P'TIT CAROUGEOIS
It's a charming little neighborhood bistro, a place for regulars who come in the morning for their coffee, or a place to discover. Mr. Louvier is the chef at Le P'tit Carougeois, serving delicious perch fillets with homemade fries. The dishes are simple, traditional and regional, and there's a great menu for meat lovers. Two small terraces on the street or garden side await customers. Open on Saturday evenings in November and December during Carouge's many events.

Chef Antonio Calo offers you inventive and refined cuisine, entirely homemade, to introduce you to the subtle aromas of French and Swiss cuisine. For starters, enjoy snail ravioli, sea bass tartare, or even candied sun vegetables. For the main course, let yourself be tempted by pan-fried prawns with Espelette chilli, Chateaubriand-style beef, or Mediterranean-style veal onglet. And to finish on a high note, treat yourself to one of our delicious desserts: chocolate crème brûlée, raspberry sabayon or strawberry Baba. A great address for a gourmet break!
