A real institution housed on Place du Molard. The seafood platters are known to be hearty and delicious.
It's hard to miss this restaurant, located in the heart of the Place du Molard, which is aptly named, especially if you come from the lake. A real institution, it offers seasonal menus, classic and well executed dishes, including the famous "Café du Centre" fisherman's pot. The restaurant specializes in seafood and also offers the classics, such as sauerkraut, fish, beef, mussels and even beef bourguignon. There is something for everyone! A good address, and a particularly pleasant place on the terrace in fine weather.
