This 63 km ² national park, also known as the Tabular Mountains, covers a mountainous terrain with stunning terrain due to sandstone erosion. Some crevasses measure up to 12 m deep and rocks have taken singular forms. The most interesting rock complexes are wandering rocks and «Szczeliniec Wielki», where the peak of the Tabular Mountains is located. Marked tourist routes take on rocky corridors. You can get a map of the region, and make a more or less long excursion and, if you have less time, make one of the two walks indicated here, probably the most picturesque. The park is about 10 km north-east of Kudowa Zdrój, where information is available for excursions.
