Rio Blanco is a small town at the foot of the Cerro Musún ("mountain of water"… you are warned!), and at the heart of the national reserve of the same name extending over an area of 4 700 ha.You can visit the reserve and its lush vegetation, its torrents and its stormy waterfalls. It is a protected site still free from any tourist impact (the reserve was created in 1991 and is open to the public since 2004 only). For bird watching enthusiasts, you can camp, accompanied by a resort guide.
