Located in the heart of the sub-prefectural city, this private hospital, a member of the Vivalto Santé Group, has 172 beds, 70 practitioners, over 200 employees and welcomes around 18,500 patients every year. In this hospital, where around 80% of stays are on an outpatient basis, there are several departments, including one for full hospitalization or outpatient surgery, another for polyvalent medicine, and another for oncology, for example. The facility also boasts a 38-strong nursing assistant training institute.

It is the largest facility in the Groupe Hospitalier Mont-Saint-Michel, which groups together all the entities in the south of France.
