This restaurant, housed in a gaudy orange building, is steeped in history and was once part of the 18th-century Oxenstierna farm. With its magnificent, peaceful setting, it's a little gem hidden away in the Östermalm district. The dishes are organically grown, locally sourced and seasonal. Each ingredient receives special attention, but Swedish cuisine remains the common thread running through every dish.
