Tout était bon et agréable, mais la purée servie avec les plats ressemblait à de la "purée en poudre".
Elle devait être plus consistante, ressembler davantage à de la purée de pommes de terre.
Si je l'avais préparée, j'aurais pris la moitié de ce qui a été servi et je l'aurais mélangée à 50 % de purée de pommes de terre
