Chas. E. Vinhandel was founded in 1921 by Charles E. Pedersen. Originally a completely traditional delicatessen, it has since specialized as a wine shop, offering a wide range of wines and spirits, as well as delicacies such as chocolate, fruit juices, specialty beers and many other culinary nuggets. The address is in the hands of Sofia and John Tybring. Today, there are two other stores - one in Risskov on Ellebjergvej and the last in Nicolinehus, Aarhus O.
